If you’ve ordered the banana pudding at Phillips Bar-B-Que or Uncle Darrow’s, then you’ve tasted the wonders of the Nana Queen’s “puddin’.” Combine the best banana pudding in town –  along with some of the best chicken wings – and you’ve got Nana Queen’s Puddin’ And Wings. The creation of former AT&T technician Janet Prator (for nearly a decade, she climbed telephone poles to splice lines) and her older sister Shanel Prator, the brightly painted truck offers 10 varieties of puddin’ (StrawNana and so forth) and wings flavored with lemon pepper, green onions and, for those who can handle it, peppers and more peppers. There are fries in various flavors as well, along with baked beans and mac salad. The truck’s motto? “Guaranteed You’ll Scrape the Bowl.” And most likely lick your fingers as well.
